For mobile appointments, a $75.00 travel fee/deposit will be due the SAME day as the appointment is booked by 6pm. Appointments WILL be cancelled without proper payment.

If you are requesting a SAME DAY mobile appointment, the full amount of $130 ($75 for travel & $55 for exam) will be required before confirmation.
